There are several services that STRUMIS provides to enrich the implementation process and ongoing system maintenance and use.

We draw upon our global presence to implement STRUMIS to organisations of all sizes, regardless of location. With offices across the UK, Middle East, North America, South Africa, Asia and Australia, and supported by a network of re-sellers. We have vast experience in local projects right through to global implementations, and can offer:

Our Team
We have a team of Technical Consultants who generally come from the steel fabrication industry and therefore have a wealth of knowledge to bring to the use of the system. We wouldn’t be the company we are today without the industry knowledge and expertise possessed by our dedicated team of professionals, who offer extensive practical experience in STRUMIS supply, implementation, integration and support.

Training
STRUMIS provides different offerings of training that allow the users to make the most of their system and enhance their working environment.

On-Site courses
STRUMIS can deliver training courses at your offices. If you have a training room, or a room which can be set up for training, we can deliver courses based on our standard training course agendas but using your own data. If you don't have your own suitable training facilities we can deliver training at any 3rd party location (usually a recognised training house).

Tailored Training
Customised courses can be arranged for your organisation at your offices or a 3rd party site. For customised courses, we will tutor your team on the functional areas that you want covered - and we can even use your own company project data.

STRUMIS Training Centre
We appreciate that sometimes it is difficult to step away from “Business as Usual”, so we offer you the option to visit a STRUMIS training centre to receive your training. A clear benefit from this is the ability to switch off from your daily workload, and gain the full experience of the STRUMIS training, with a clear focus and no interruptions.

Structured Web Training
We appreciate that it is not always possible to take time away from the business, so STRUMIS facilitate our training using GoToMeeting in order to deliver Web Training Sessions. We use the technology available to allow us to offer a service where you can reduce logistical costs, and deliver the training in short bursts to enable the business to still be managed whilst undertaking training.
